Job Description Experian Employer Services is an employer consulting services company providing Tax Credits and Verification of Employment services to midsize and enterprise level companies in the United States. The Database Administrator manages all MS SQL Server instances, databases, schemas and advanced features like AlwaysOn and SSIS. Database Administrator is a responsible, disciplined individual with a history of process ownership who finds immense satisfaction in stability and performance of the database environments. RESPONSIBILITIES Database Administrator is responsible for managing and supporting the entire database platform. * Create, modify, and troubleshoot SQL queries, Stored Procedures, SQL Jobs and SSIS packages with an eye on performance. * Convert, manipulate and scrub large volumes of data efficiently in various formats, in SQL Server 2019 and MS Excel * Maintain and support advanced MS SQL Server features like Failover Cluster Instance, AlwaysOn, Transparent Data Encryption and table partitioning. * Maintain and support data ingestion tools and scripts. * Perform data imports, data transformation, and report queries in SQL Server 2019 * Conduct quality and business logic checks on all data into and out of systems * Manage and resolve data related issues that are reported by customers and internal employees * Maintain high customer satisfaction with customer service, technical and consultative skills, and acquired knowledge of the work product.
