Job Description:

Client Engineering and Construction is seeking an IT Field Service Technician to provide end user support and coordination of hardware, software and business applications. The on-site support technician must be self managed and able to prioritize according to business needs with the ability to action external service providers for optimal and efficient support of key business applications.

Position Overview:
This position is a hands-on IT Field Service role supporting a local engineering and manufacturing center of 50 employees. This position anticipates a well rounded IT professional able to coordinate with typical business office activities, engineering teams
and software as well as manufacturing solutions, shop floor systems, and demands. The company has a strong Global support structure combined with Group level competencies for infrastructure, security and applications but anticipates an individual local presence
able to provide end user assistance and ensure compliance with operational efficiency in line with Group policies. This position will support existing systems (infrastructure, security, business applications) with strong end user communication skills and dedicated
follow-up. This role offers the full spectrum of IT and Operational Technology opportunities and responsibilities.
