Officer, Loan Servicing & System Administrator Officer, Loan

we provide a higher standard of banking. JOB SUMMARY: Responsible
for Loan platform administration including management of the data
integrity, systems processes, oversight and reconciliation of all
Commercial and Residential loans within the internal loan
accounting systems and all transactional activity, including data
impacting financial reporting systems and information provided by
sub-servicers. Confirms accurate reporting and timely servicing of
the company's commercial and mortgage portfolios; ensures system
activities and transactions run smoothly and effectively; provides
training and support in all operational responsibilities of the
department. Required to be fully knowledgeable and skilled in all
areas of servicing loans, with an understanding of general ledger,
report writing and system specifications. Performs oversight of the
following functions but not limited to: Daily Balancing of all loan
systems and related accounts, SBA reporting and processing and
Special Asset transaction processing. Performs all duties in
accordance with the company's policies and procedures, all U.S.
state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company
operates. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manages the integrity of data entered into the systems of
record within departmental guidelines to mitigate operational risk.
Identifies and documents loan systems gaps in process,
functionality, reporting and compliance, driving efforts to
implement solutions.
- Oversees all loan systems processing functions including data
input, exception processing and operation of specialized software
programs and spreadsheets related to loan boarding and
servicing.
- Provides support and oversight of loan balancing functions for
all loan system and products, including daily general ledger and
control account balancing, reconciliations and certifications.
- Coordinates tasks affecting the loans systems and performs
product and data mapping for all system upgrades and
conversions.
- Review, revise, enhance, and implement all policies and
procedures necessary to ensure the loan servicing process and data
components for new loan set-up, ongoing monitoring, and control of
the bank's and the bank's sub-servicer's loan administration
activities meet all applicable requirements.
- Coordinate loan servicing systems and accounting efforts,
acting as liaison between accounting and the Servicing Department,
specifically assisting in set up, management and research of
commercial and residential loan GL accounting related items.
Performs research, analysis and resolution of various accounting
entries, issues and variances.
- Provides back up support in daily loan operations processes for
management staff, as necessary. -

of procedures and new tasks within functional area to achieve
satisfactory audit results.

AND ABILITIES:
- Demonstrates knowledge of, adherence to, monitoring and
responsibility for compliance with state and federal regulations
and laws as they pertain to this position including but not limited
to the following: Regulation Z (Truth in Lending Act), Regulation B
(Equal Credit Opportunity Act), Fair Housing Act (FHA), Home

- Advanced experience, knowledge and training in progressively
responsible lending department operations and activities.
- Advanced knowledge of related state and federal banking
compliance regulations governing lending including but not limited
to fair lending, privacy, RESPA as well as company operational
policies and procedures, and the company's products and
services.
- Must have in-depth knowledge of overall department operational
procedures and a thorough knowledge of all related computer systems
and specification set up.
- Advanced skills in computer terminal and personal computer
operation; mainframe computer system; word processing, report
writing, spreadsheet and specialty software programs.
- Intermediate typing skills to meet production needs of the
position.
- Intermediate math skills; calculate interest and percentages;
balance accounts; add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units
of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals;
locate routine mathematical errors; compute rate, ratio and
percent, including the drafting and interpretation of bar
graphs.
- Exceptional oral, written and interpersonal communication
skills with the ability to apply common sense to carry out
instructions, interpret documents, understand procedures, write
reports and correspondence, and speak clearly to customers and
employees.
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business
periodicals, professional journals, and technical procedures.
- Ability to understand complex problems and to collaborate and
explore alternative solutions.
- Ability to make decisions that have high impact on the
immediate work unit.
- Ability to organize and prioritize own work schedule and the
work schedules of others on a short-term and long-term basis.
- Ability to make informal presentations, inside the
organization; speaking before assigned team
- Ability to deal with complex difficult problems involving
multiple facets and variables in non-standardized situations.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND/OR LICENSES:
- Bachelor's degree preferred or at least a minimum of ten (10)
years of combined loan operations experience including: loan
servicing and accounting, data mapping, documentation, systems,
records and collateral. -
- Experience with Fiserv loan and GL accounting programs and SBA
1502 reporting requirements. Knowledge of Special Asset transaction
processing preferred. - SALARY RANGE: - $86,125.77 - 126,144.00;
Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and
location. -
