Solugenix is assisting a client, a leading financial services company, in their search for a Senior Software Engineer. This is a 6-month contract-to-hire opportunity based out of Santa Ana, CA (Remote). -
Qualifications:

• 
  
• Bachelor's Degree Preferred.
  
• Strong technical expertise, specifically in C# and Angular 12+. -
  
• Experience with single-spa, SignalR, and AWS is all beneficial. -
  
• The application uses a micro front-end architecture. - On the back end, we are using a mix of SQL, and AWS DynamoDB today.
  
• Experience with Terraform and AWS CDK is helpful.
  
• Expertise in the following tools, Visual Studio & VS Code, SQL Server Management Studio, AWS Console, Postman, ADO, & Git.
  
  Responsibilities:
  
  • 
    
  • Participates in the design, development, coding, testing, debugging, and maintenance of software code for business applications.
    
  • Responsible for end-to-end software solution implementation (front end, middle tier, & back end.
    
  • Works with business SMEs & product management to understand the problem and formulate a high-level solution.
    
  • Engages with technical and InfoSec SMEs as appropriate to vet the solution. Implements the end-to-end solution. -
    
  • Tests and delivers software on time. Sets accurate expectations on delivery with product and management, proactively raising risks before they become blockers. -
    
  • Experience leading a team of engineers in the design, development, and maintenance of software code for business applications.
    
  • Performs maintenance, installations, upgrades, and other technical duties associated with the support of product applications platforms and/or product systems platforms.
    
  • Formulate and define system scope and objectives through research and fact-finding to develop or modify internal business systems.
    
  • Competent to work at the highest technical level of all phases of applications programming activities.
    
  • Uses skills as a seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of industry practices and established policies and procedures.
    
  • Troubleshoots a wide variety of complex problems and identifies solutions within broad applications and functional expertise.
    
  • Regularly provides input to define and implement conceptual issues.
    
  • Highly independent, works under general direction.
    
  • Mentors and advises less experienced team members, monitoring project status.
    
  • Uses the expertise of other team members and leverages a wide range of additional resources to explore/implement complex customized applications as a solution.

    Pay Range for CA, CO, NJ, NY, WA: $68/hour to $70.42/hour. Starting rate of pay offered may vary depending on factors including but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training and/or experience.
