Our full-service product line is designed around the needs of SMB's; Managed IT Services, Cloud-Based Application and Hardware Services, and IT Consulting Services.The System Administrator - Managed Services IT Engineer position is part of our Systems Administrator team. The System Administrator - Managed Services IT Engineer works both independently and as part of a team. Collectively the team serves as the systems administrator for our customer base, managing and supporting the servers, data, applications, desktop infrastructure, and provides escalation support for the service desk.System Administrator - Managed Services IT Engineer Technical Requirements:

• Perform routine system upgrades, including Servers, PC/Computers, and Network Devices
• Routinely and proactively optimize customer-managed networks
• Administer Windows Based networks for multiple organizations
• Evaluate customer needs including computers, network hardware/software, technology use, applications, etc.
• Maintain and keep customer-managed network documentation up to date in near real-time
• Document troubleshooting steps taken to resolve escalated trouble tickets for other team members to reference
• Manage and oversee customer assigned projects outside of day-to-day IT support; such as network upgrades, server upgrades, application upgrades, computer upgrades, cloud migrations, and/or other projects related to the customers technology
• Assist with new product development, internal product development, and partnered product solutions through outside vendorsSystem Administrator - Managed Services IT Engineer Software Skills:
  • AD and Azure AD
  • DNS
  • File/Print Server Management
  • VMWare vSphere, Citrix, Windows Remote Desktop/Terminal Server
  • O365
  • Managed Services Platform Software - Kaseya, ConnectWise, Autotask and/or similar productsSystem Administrator - Managed Services IT Engineer Desired Skills - (Not required)
    • Bachelor's Degree Computer Science or Information Systems
    • Industry Certifications - Microsoft, MCSA, MCP, AZ900, AZ104; CISCO CCNA, VMWare, Citrix
    • Experienced working with and/or supporting VoIP solutions
