System Administrator - Escalated Support for MSP Team System Administrator - Escalated Support for MSP Team System Administrator - Escalated Support for MSP TeamJoin one of the fastest growing Cloud/Managed Service Providers landing on the MSP501 list for 2 consecutive year we are currently in need of a System Administrator - Escalated Support for MSP Team to handle escalations from the tier 1-2 service desk and occasional projects (virtual/cloud/email migrations).The System Administrator - Escalated Support for MSP Team will be responsible for handling: workstations, network configurations/troubleshooting (primarily SonicWall/Cisco products), as well as all SMB Microsoft tech i.e. AD, GPOs, O365, etc.The System Administrator - Escalated Support for MSP Team boasts a full-time salary of $70k-90k. • Administer and support Azure AD/AD
• Windows Server 2016+
• VMware, experienced in management of virtual hosts
• Provide support for Office 365, administration and migrations
• Provide Tier 2-3 desktop and application support, including new user setups, line of business application support, and hosted application support.
