Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Support Tech I to provide
monitoring and support for a multi-state wide area network.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively monitor network devices and manage event
resolutions
Communicate with customers regarding events and provide status
updates
Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve network
issues
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 6 months experience in a customer service or technical
support role
Experience with routers, switches, and network troubleshooting
Familiarity with TCP/IP network protocols
Network-related certifications such as Network+, A+, or CCENT are a
plus
Ability to work in a dynamic, customer service-oriented
environment
