Job Description:
A company is looking for a Software Web Developer Help Desk
Support.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the development and maintenance of the Overseas
Humanitarian Assistance Shared Information System (OHASIS)
Provide helpdesk support, troubleshooting technical issues, and
assisting users with system functionalities
Document and log support requests, maintain user manuals, and
develop training materials for users
Required Qualifications
Must be a US citizen with an active Secret Clearance
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a
related field with 2 to 4 years of experience; or a Master's degree
with less than 2 years of experience
Basic understanding of networking concepts, internet protocols, and
web-based applications
Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle
4 additional years of related experience may substitute for a
Bachelor's degree
