Key Responsibilities
Lead, develop, and mentor a team of developers in building
automotive-related web applications using the MERN stack
Define and oversee technical strategy and architecture for scalable
web solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality,
user-centric solutions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
Minimum of 12 years of experience as a Lead Developer with
expertise in the MERN stack
Experience with React, NestJS, and MongoDB
Proven track record of leading development teams and managing
large-scale projects
Strong experience with event-driven architecture and related
technologies
