Job Description:
A company is looking for a Principal Technical Program Manager -
Core Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop long-term strategies and
roadmaps for platform improvements
Define and execute technical programs focused on capacity planning,
performance optimization, and reliability enhancements
Manage the full lifecycle of technical programs, including
forecasting, budgeting, and scheduling
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience on software teams as Development Manager or
TPM
Technical understanding of systems involved, with a willingness to
develop domain expertise
Experience defining and running end-to-end complex technical
programs
B.S. in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or Technical
Discipline preferred
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative, and ambiguous
environments
