A company is looking for an IT Program Manager to help scale and
modernize technology programs across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Administer core IT processes such as portfolio management and
capacity planning
Drive capacity and resource planning by forecasting IT resource
allocation
Support Product Owners by building frameworks that empower program
ownership
Required Qualifications
Experience as an IT Analyst, Project Manager, or Program Manager in
a technology-focused environment
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience
Strong organizational and process management skills
Comfortable with basic data analysis and visualization of IT
portfolio data
Service-oriented mindset with a focus on enabling others to
succeed
