A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer - Team Lead
(Node.js and TypeScript).
Key Responsibilities
Foster a high-ownership culture and encourage accountability among
team members
Lead by example in coding practices and guide the team through
ambiguity
Design, develop, and maintain applications while mentoring and
developing talent
Required Qualifications
8+ years of overall development experience with a track record of
building quality products
Proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, and React (or similar front-end
framework)
Hands-on experience with AI tools to enhance productivity in coding
and architecture
Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools and understanding of
DevOps practices
Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Datadog
or similar platforms
