Job Description:
Job Description Large company located in Santa Ana is seeking an
ENTRY LEVEL Customer Support Rep Experience needed: CUSTOMER
SERVICE with the desire to learn I.T. down the line. NO I.T.
experience, will train Temp to hire starting at $22hr Monday to
Friday MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or GED required.
NO experience needed ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Serve
as the first point of contact for end users of company IT solutions
seeking technical assistance over the phone, via email, or face to
face. Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques
and pertinent questions. Determine the best solution based on the
issue and details provided by end user. Walk the end user through
the problem-solving process. Direct unresolved issues to the next
level of support personnel. Record events and problems and their
resolution in logs. Pass on any feedback or suggestions by end
users to management. Identify and suggest possible improvements on
procedures. Document internal procedures. Install, test and
configure new workstations, peripheral equipment and software.
Perform timely workstation hardware and software upgrades as
required. Troubleshoot system and network problems. Diagnose and
solve hardware/software faults. Provide support, including
procedural documentation and relevant reports. Support the roll-out
of new applications and/or hardware. Help maintain inventory of all
equipment, software and software licenses. All qualified applicants
