Can be local in Orange County, San Diego, Riverside or Los Angeles!5 years of Workers Compensation experience preferredThe candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the workers compensation case, including evaluating the merits of the case, providing guidance and counsel to the clients through effective communication, medical review, and negotiating, settling and litigating cases, if necessary. Manages a full caseload of workers compensation cases of varying degrees of complexity. Creates litigation plans. Creates budget plansConducts discovery. Travels to court and other appearances. Tries cases while maintaining exceptional client interaction. Composes motions, briefs, correspondence, and other legal documents. Prepare cases for trial.
