Title:Litigation Paralegal--Overview:Our client is looking for an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join their growing firm! Must know law & motion, judgements, be comfortable with discovery and able to draft motions and motions for summary judgement.--The position will be used for Senior and High Level workResponsibilities:

• Prepare documents for court filing, e-filing and service, maintain electronic files--
• Support attorneys in all phases of litigation including document review and production, propounding/responding to discovery, interview of witnesses and experts, draft pleadings and subpoena records
• Assist attorneys with pre-trial and trial assignments including draft motions, deposition designations, witness and exhibit selection, maintain trial task list, among other trial related assignmentsQualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1 years of paralegal experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Experience preparing documents for court filing and service as listed above
