Job Description:

Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Trial Attorney to join our team and provide legal counsel and representation in court proceedings. -Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting legal research and preparing legal documents such as briefs, pleadings, appeals, etc.
• Providing legal advice before, during, and after trial.
• Representing clients in court proceedings.
• Negotiating settlements.
• Communicating effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
• Assisting with discovery requests and replies.
• Evaluating and interpreting legal documents.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and legal procedures.Qualifications:
  • Experience in trial and deposition.
  • Knowledge of legal support, trial court, litigation, trial prep, mediations, motions, and jury trial (a plus).
  • Good research and writing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
