Job Description:
A company is looking for a Product Attorney.
Key Responsibilities
Provide integrated legal review of new products and features for
compliance with regulatory and licensing requirements
Embed with product development teams to support engineering
development throughout the product life cycle
Act as a primary contact for cybersecurity-related legal activities
and coordinate with various legal department members
Required Qualifications
JD degree or equivalent; admission to the State of California Bar
or other states
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as a product attorney
in a large, complex organization
Experience in embedding within R&D teams and providing early
risk management guidance
Familiarity with product-related regulatory compliance
requirements, including cybersecurity and intellectual property
Understanding of legal issues within commercial contracts and
cross-functional collaboration
