Job Title: Customer Delivery Expert Reports to: General Manager Location: Sherman Oaks, CA Company: JustFoodForDogs, LLC Job Type: Full-time, Non-Exempt Job Summary At JustFoodForDogs, we’re on a mission to help pets live longer, healthier lives through the power of fresh, whole food and we need your help to get it there. We’re looking for a reliable and pet-loving Customer Delivery Expert to ensure the safe, timely, and accurate delivery of our products between our kitchen, warehouse, and retail locations. You’ll spend a good portion of your day behind the wheel, so a love for driving (even in LA traffic!) is key. Our ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently. You must be comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs, managing delivery logs, and driving a large vehicle. A clean driving record is required. Key Responsibilities Continual lifting, carrying packages, and loading truck with JFFD products Follow routes and correct time schedule Deliver packages to different addresses throughout the day or week Delivering products while following safe driving practices Unloading products at the specified delivery location Inspect and operate company vehicle Confirming all pick-ups / drop-offs in our inventory management system Complete logs and reports Competencies and Qualifications Required: valid driver’s license Must be able to pass and maintain background clearance High School Diploma or equivalent Preference given to those with professional driving experience Attention to detail Problem solving skills Ability to comprehend and follow written instructions Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 lbs Comfort with iPads and inventory management systems Comfort with change (as we are a rapidly growing business) Tenets of the Pack (Company Values) Live Our Mission – We believe this is more than a job.
