Job Description:

We have several Temporary to Hire with possibility of Direct Hire openings for Customer Service for a collectibles authentication company located in Santa Ana CA. This position will start out remote, with the possibility of moving to their on-site location, as Summer approaches. First day is on-site for tour and introduction to company.This is a Temporary to Hire with possibility of Direct Hire positions, at the discretion of the client, with pay to $18/hr depending on experience. Hours 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday. Possible overtime on Saturdays (Saturdays is mostly emails and no phone calls) Company will complete background check prior to start, as this is a high-security environment. Company benefits include: Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401K plan.Please submit resume for consideration - Job 420629Essential Responsibilities: Answer customer inquiries via phone or e-mail. Provide service information and resolve issues and complaints over the phone or by e-mail. Call expectation is 5-7 calls per hour, along with approximately 50 emails per day.- Handle Customer Service phone calls- Respond and resolve Customer Service e-mails- Inform prospective and existing customers of company services, memberships, procedures, policies, and promotions- Research and resolve complaints or issues according to company policies and procedures- Make calls to follow up on questions, complaints and issues- Provide general office supportRequirements:AA degree or equivalent work experience with Min 2 years in Customer Service. Prior experience within Amusement Park or Retail industries will be consideredIntermediate MS Word, Excel, and OutlookAccurate Data Entry - min 5,000 kph; Typing at 40 wpmMust have good verbal and intercommunication skills is desired. Will need to speak clearly and persuasively in positive and negative situations; listen and get clarification; respond empathetically to callers questions; interact well within a team and have group presentation skills and actively participate in meetingsInterest in collecting items, is a plusBilingual Spanish is a plusMust have good written communication skills for corresponding via email in a professional and clear mannerAbility to give and welcome feedback and contributes to building a positive team spiritGood problem solving skills to identify and resolve problems in a timely mannerAfter hire, there may be an opportunity to attend trade shows out of the area (when they resume)
