Bookkeeper Santa Ana, CA Responsibilities: Payroll bi-weekly processing for 55-60 employees utilizing ADP payroll software. Additionally, processing garnishments and EDD forms. Processing mainly accounts payable and some posting of accounts receivable within QuickBooks. Posting credits and debits to the company GL Posting journal entries Comfortable to clean up any accounting issues and implement any efficiencies as needed Comfortable interacting with company employees to resolve any issues or discrepancies in regards to timecards Qualifications: 3 + years of Bookkeeping duties ADP Payroll Software required QuickBooks experience a plus Strong attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication Proficient Excel About Aston Carter: Aston Carter is a distinguished global provider of recruitment and staffing services to companies requiring highly specialized business professionals.
