Technical Talent Acquisition Manager  – Santa Ana

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of senior level technical recruiters, coordinators and sourcers.  This team supports technical recruiting across multiple business lines.  We are seeking a candidate who is a strong leader, who is able to communicate and navigate with senior level business leaders and to act as a valuable business advisor.  Talent Acquisition works very closely with leaning and development and HRBP’s as a cohesive team.  The role reports directly to the VP Talent Acquisition.  This is a hands-on role and while leadership is the primary objective, you will be required to carry a few requisitions.

  • Lead, manage, and coach a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists and Coordinators
  • Develop short-term and long-term talent acquisition plans and strategies aligned with business goals and the values of the company
  • Responsible for ensuring the success of full-cycle recruitment from the sourcing of candidates to the onboarding of new hires
  • Manage a minimal requisition load
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Responsible for streamlining processes and ensuring data accuracy
  • Lead talent attraction and employment branding initiatives
  • Partner with HR and the business to deliver results
  • Provide subject matter expertise in all staffing policies and processes, staying up to date on industry trends and best practices

 

 

Ideal Candidate Profile:

We are seeking a TA Professional who has a minimum of 4 yrs leadership experience and deep understanding of all levels of technical recruiting.  We are ideally looking for a candidate with a combination of agency and corporate recruiting experience. 

  • Knowledge of Workday is preferred
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Successful track record designing, developing, and executing complex projects in area of functional expertise
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships at the Management level across functional groups and business units. Adeptness to influence the thinking of, or gain acceptance from, others in sensitive situations, using influence and preventing damage to the relationships
  • Strong capacity to communicate the function’s vision and the department’s direction and set aligned goals. Provides resources and creates systems to measure results. Familiar with competitor, financial and industry dynamics
  • Actively recruits, retains and develops talent and holds employees accountable for results. Leads change, manages conflict and fosters collaboration
  • Drives and models customer loyalty, manages customer expectations, solicits customer feedback and ensures commitments are met
  • Provides others with reliable information and delivers informative and persuasive presentations. Uses good listening skills and negotiates effectively
  • Collaboratively engages with leaders to create, identify, and implement solutions to further effectiveness of the business
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Demonstrated success establishing, leading and maintaining effective working relationships at the Middle Management level
