Talent Acquisition Director  – Santa Ana

 

Our client is a leader in the real estate services industry.  In addition to being stable, they continue to create some of the most innovative solutions for the real estate industry.    . 

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of 35 talent acquisition professionals including 3 managers and 2 supervisors.  This team supports the entire organization across multiple business lines.  We are seeking a candidate who is a strong leader, who is able to communicate and navigate with senior level business leaders and to act as a valuable business advisor.  The role reports directly to the VP Talent Acquisition.  

  • Lead, manage, and coach a team of Talent Acquisition Professionals
  • Develop short-term and long-term talent acquisition plans and strategies aligned with business goals and the values of the company
  • Manage contingent work force vendor relationship enterprise wide.
  • Responsible for ensuring the success of full-cycle recruitment from the sourcing of candidates to the onboarding of new hires
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Responsible for streamlining processes and ensuring data accuracy
  • Lead talent attraction and employment branding initiatives
  • Partner with HR and the business to deliver results
  • Provide subject matter expertise in all staffing policies and processes, staying up to date on industry trends and best practices

 

 

Ideal Candidate Profile:

We are seeking a TA Professional who has a minimum of 10 yrs leadership experience.  We are ideally looking for a candidate with a combination of agency and corporate recruiting experience. 

  • Knowledge of Workday is preferred
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Successful track record designing, developing, and executing complex projects in area of functional expertise
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships at the Senior Management level across functional groups and business units. Adeptness to influence the thinking of, or gain acceptance from, others in sensitive situations, using influence and preventing damage to the relationships
  • Strong capacity to communicate the function’s vision and the department’s direction and set aligned goals. Provides resources and creates systems to measure results. Familiar with competitor, financial and industry dynamics
  • Actively recruits, retains and develops talent and holds employees accountable for results. Leads change, manages conflict and fosters collaboration
  • Drives and models customer loyalty, manages customer expectations, solicits customer feedback and ensures commitments are met
  • Provides others with reliable information and delivers informative and persuasive presentations. Uses good listening skills and negotiates effectively
  • Collaboratively engages with leaders to create, identify, and implement solutions to further effectiveness of the business
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
