Job Summary

Come join our Homebuilder Team as an Escrow Team Lead!

Provides expertise and supervision to escrow support staff in a centralized processing unit that processes all documentation associated with the with the initiation or closing of residential escrows. This work relieves branches of high volume paperwork for higher quality customer service and to provide time for promoting and generating new business.  May communicate information, instructions and issues to Branch personnel.  Provides training to employees in Escrow Support Center and Escrow branches. Must be flexible with operating hours as they are based on business need. Position is a national role, must be flexible with travel.

Essential Functions

  • Provides work direction, supervision and training to lower level escrow support personnel
  • Manages schedules and coordinates staff meetings to improve branch service support and work flow efficiency
  • Manages more complex escrow closings and post-closings or work overflow, as necessary
  • Responds to escalated issues from managers, staff or branches.


Knowledge and Skills/Technology Used

  • Thorough knowledge of escrow processes, procedures and governing regulations


Typical Education

  • High School diploma or equivalent


Typical Range of Experience

  • 1+ years escrow processing experience
