Join our incredibly talented Talent Acquisition team as our next Senior IT Strategic Sourcing Specialist focusing within the Information Technology, Information Security and Data Science space.This is a remote role partnering with our team of Recruiters, supporting our management teams across multiple business divisions within First American. The Strategic Sourcing Talent Acquisition Specialist will source, evaluate, and engage technical candidates to guide them through the hiring process. Strategic Sourcing will be accountable for developing and implementing sourcing and branding strategies to drive applicant flow and build a talent pipelines within the technology space. Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement talent pipeline strategies to identify high potential candidates, by utilizing all available candidate sources globally (LinkedIn, Professional Associations, Conference Programs, Attendee Lists, Social Media, etc.)
  • Own and excel in the ongoing talent pipeline relationship management responsibility by engaging high-quality passive talent to assess their drivers (timing, location, career aspirations) and fit for current or future positions at BMS
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition Specialists (Recruiting team) on the management of sourcing channels to build diverse candidate pipelines utilizing various sourcing methodologies, channels, tools and technologies
  • Partner with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners within the various business divisions to develop sourcing and engagement strategies aligned to workforce plans and hiring demand plans in order to develop short- and long-term sourcing strategies to meet strategic recruitment goals
  • Responsible for data integrity within the applicant tracking system, candidate relationship management systems and other related tools
  • Develop and maintain a network of qualified, diverse and talented candidates through competitive sourcing methodologies
  • Build and maintain meaningful and trusted relationships that result in dynamic hiring manager and candidate experiences Experience
    • 5-7 years recruiting experience, with 2+ years' sourcing experience proactively generating candidates for hard to fill positions within Information Technology.
    • Demonstrated ability to synthesize ad hoc market intelligence data to provide information (talent market trend, threats, opportunity, etc.) to be used at business strategy level +
    • Knowledge in candidate attraction and relationship building
    • Excellent skills in building and maintaining strong candidate pipelines
    • Expert level knowledge of full life cycle recruiting activities including sourcing, screening, and networking
    • Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders at all levels of a highly matrixed organization and the ability to work across cross-functional, cross-organizational teams
    • Demonstrated ability to develop meaningful and trusted relationships with all levels of an organization
    • Strong understanding of technology and experience using talent acquisition systems, including Applicant Tracking, Candidate Relationship Management, social media, and other predictive tools
    • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate ideas and influence others to accomplish goals and objectives
    • Demonstrated ability to partner, manage and influence virtually Knowledge and Skills/Technology Used
      • Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite, HRIS/AT systems and web based applications (Workday preferred)
      • Strong investigative/research skills for sourcing candidates and learning about jobs and technologies for assigned client group. Often responsible for hard to fill positions
      • Excellent written, verbal skills, and organizational skills with a positive, team focused disposition
      • Organizational and follow up skills with negotiation skills
      • Public relations skills to represent the Company virtually and on site at job fairs, colleges, recruiting meetings/events, to candidates, and to all levels of the organization
      • Knowledge and demonstration of talent acquisition best practices
      • 5-7 years of related work experience, potentially recruiting for Software Engineers, Cloud Engineers, DBA's, Infrastructure Engineers and Information Security Engineers, ERP Engineers, IT Project Managers and BSA's.
      • Experience recruiting for experts in Microsoft and Oracle technologies.
