A rewarding opportunity as a sever awaits you at Clearwater at North Tustin.Join us in our endeavor to create experiences that celebrate the relevance of our residents.The Server is responsible for making the residents dining experience pleasant and positive; providing the highest quality of customer service, while maintaining dining areas, seating residents and serving meals.Clearwater Living associates enjoy great benefits:Excellent benefits401(k)+ company matchPaid Time Off and sick leaveExciting opportunities to growDynamic and fast paced environmentCulture of people first and service alwaysThe Server is responsible for making the residents dining experience pleasant and positive; providing the highest quality of customer service, while maintaining dining areas, seating residents and serving meals.Responsibilities:Essential Job Duties:Take written food orders and serve meals to residents, family members and guests in a professional, efficient and courteous manner ensuring the highest customer satisfactionAssist residents with meal/menu selections as necessary or requestedUse proper etiquette and manners while waiting tables courteously and professionally (serving from the left, clearing used dishes between courses, etc.)Review residents' dietary needs, as outlined by the Culinary DirectorTrack resident attendance at meals in a timely manner to the appropriate personEnsure that all residents are greeted and seated properly, making extra efforts to integrate new residents making them feel welcome and comfortableEnsure a clean sanitary dining area and comply with all policies and procedures regarding the proper handling and serving of foodDisplay tact and friendliness when dealing with residents, associates, and guestsClean and reset tables, returning dishes to kitchenClean and set up of all dining and food service areas including stocking of condiments pulling old items and restocking as necessary (sugars, salt/pepper, ketchups, etc.)Cooperate and assist with other kitchen and dining services to ensure residents have a positive dining experienceAssist in breaking down deliveries, putting away stock, washing dishes, as neededDeliver meals to resident rooms as required, including tray collection after meal serviceComply with Clearwater standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient community operationsDisplay a positive and professional image through actions and maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which includes wearing the proper uniform and name tag when workingRepresent the Clearwater principles and core values on a daily basisPerform other duties and tasks as assigned or requiredQualifications:Requirements:High School Diploma or GEDWork experience in a restaurant or food service environment preferredServe safe certificate preferredBackground clearances as required by government regulationsMust meet health requirements, including TB
