Job Description:
At Great Wolf, our Bell Staff are critical to creating a
positive first and last impression for guests at our lodge as they
welcome and assist them with the transport of their luggage to and
from their rooms.Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Enthusiastically greets all guests and members of the public as
they enter/exit the Lodge and creates a welcoming feeling
- Responds to all guest needs and requests in a FUN, helpful,
timely and professional manner
- Assists with general concierge operations and provides hands-on
support
- Acts as ambassador for each guest to demonstrate exceptional
service during each interaction
- Provides overflow assistance to the Front Desk when required by
registering guests and obtaining or confirming room
requirements
- Escorts guests to rooms and familiarizes them with hotel
services and amenities. Inspects the guest room to ensure it is in
order and supplies are adequate
- Accurately checks and stores luggage for early arrivals and
departures with luggage tags
- Delivers amenities to guest rooms as neededBasic Qualifications
& Skills
- High School education or equivalent (may have current
enrollment)
- Must be flexible regarding scheduling, based on business
demands
- Successful completions of a criminal background check and drug
screenDesired Qualifications & Skills
- High School Diploma
- Previous customer/guest services experiencePhysical

- Lift up to 50 lbs., push/pull up to 100 lbs.
