At Great Wolf, our Bell Staff are critical to creating a positive first and last impression for guests at our lodge as they welcome and assist them with the transport of their luggage to and from their rooms.Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Enthusiastically greets all guests and members of the public as they enter/exit the Lodge and creates a welcoming feeling
• Responds to all guest needs and requests in a FUN, helpful, timely and professional manner
• Assists with general concierge operations and provides hands-on support
• Acts as ambassador for each guest to demonstrate exceptional service during each interaction
• Provides overflow assistance to the Front Desk when required by registering guests and obtaining or confirming room requirements
• Escorts guests to rooms and familiarizes them with hotel services and amenities. Inspects the guest room to ensure it is in order and supplies are adequate
• Accurately checks and stores luggage for early arrivals and departures with luggage tags
• Delivers amenities to guest rooms as neededBasic Qualifications & Skills
  • High School education or equivalent (may have current enrollment)
  • Must be flexible regarding scheduling, based on business demands
  • Successful completions of a criminal background check and drug screenDesired Qualifications & Skills
    • High School Diploma
    • Previous customer/guest services experiencePhysical Requirements
      • Lift up to 50 lbs., push/pull up to 100 lbs.
