memorabilia through our subsidiaries, which include Professional
Sports Authenticators (PSA), Professional Coin Grading Services

Registry, Collectors.com, and the Long Beach Expo collectibles
trade show. Since our founding in 1986, we have graded and

employ over 1,400 people across our Santa Ana, CA headquarters, New
Jersey, Hong Kong, Paris, Shanghai and Tokyo. We are looking for an
IT Asset/Procurement Specialist. Imagine managing $5+ million of
Corporate IT spend. As the IT Asset/Procurement Specialist, you
will coordinate and manage the aspects of IT Asset Management and
Procurement for Corporate IT, for daily operations and assigned
projects/programs. This position is key in the delivery of
Corporate IT tasks and projects in support of Collectors Universe
strategic goals. The IT Asset/Procurement Specialist will be
working onsite to provide support to the operations. This position
is located in our HQ in Santa Ana, CA. What You'll Do: Provide
ongoing monitoring, reporting and analysis for hardware, software,
and Corporate IT systems. Track bills and invoicing for proper
approvals and compliance with contracts and Statement of Work
(SOW's). Manage licensing of Microsoft, SQL, Google Workspace and
other SaaS subscriptions for timely financial keep up and service
delivery. Maintain calendars for renewal of subscription and
Corporate IT services. Create and maintain all documentation and
command media related to Asset Management. Create, manage, and
maintain documentation for all vendor deliverables for internal and
external reporting and management purposes. Develop and document
and collaborate across the program to implement Corporate IT Asset
Management processes and procedures. Process procurement orders as
directed and approved by established procedures and directed by
Corporate IT's management. Prepare and manage periodic Asset
Management and Procurement meetings with Corporate IT's management.
Maintain and update IT Asset Management systems. Assist in projects
and operational tasks as directed by Corporate IT's management. Who
You Are: Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Business,
Computer Science, or a related technical discipline, or the
equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or
training, or work experience. 5+ years of direct Asset Management
experience. 5+ years of direct experience with procurement and
licensing of SaaS, IaaS and cloud services and systems. 5+ years of
experience managing and collaborating with IT vendors. Knowledge of
IT financial frameworks and cycles. Understanding of cloud
economics. Experience with procurement of Hardware, Software, SaaS
and Support/License renewals. Must have strong organizational
skills to inventory, track, and manage all SW and HW assets .
Additional Desired Qualifications: Experience with software
entitlement management. Experience with vendor interface and
management. Experience with Asset Management tools, discovery
technology, and CMDB. Experience with COTS Product lifecycle
management. Experience with presenting to and interfacing with
senior executives. Experience with Eracent, ServiceNow SAM Pro,
Flexera, Aspera, or comparable SW Asset Management tool. Certified
Software Asset Management (CSAM) certification. Candidates must be
