Customer Service Representative / Jr Social Media CSR In-Office Position - Local Candidates Only - Office located in Santa Ana, CA Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 Per Hour Benefits:

    • Replying to social media messages in a professional and timely manner . Ability to spell and use proper grammar are a must.
    • Familiar with responding to posts on the following social media platforms include but are not limited to Facebook / Instagram / TikTok / Yelp / LinkedIn / YouTube
    • Determining if post is coming from potential client .
    • Getting potential clients on the phone. Communicating verbally with confident, trusting, and empathetic tone. -
    • Entering information in CRM.
    • Completing initial intake to determine basic eligibility .
    • Transferring client to SR Admissions agent.
    • Follow up on older leads to help determine eligibility .
    • Listening and grading recorded calls. - - Competency in the Following Programs is a Plus but not Required:
      • Salesforce
      • Microsoft Word
