FUJIFILM Holdings CorporationWe are hiring a Product Go-To-Market
Intern. The Product Go-To Market Intern will provide critical
support to developing the go-to-market strategy for a portfolio of
marketed life science reagents important to life science research,
bioproduction, and sterility testing. The intern will conduct sales
and market analyses, consult research reports, databases, and
subject matter experts, and help support efforts to gather the
voice of the customer as part of a team to build a comprehensive
business case under the leadership of a corporate planning manager.
Distinct focus on customer segmentation and competitive analysis,
SWOT analysis, and analyzing barriers to entry for entering the US
and European markets.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing interviews and surveys to obtain the voice
of customers on a portfolio of new products.
- Collect and analyze data on customer demographics, preferences,
and buying patterns in target markets to identify opportunities for
growth.
- Analyze information from business news, trade press,
competitive financial and regulatory filings, and other sources to
develop a rationale for investment in the targeted market.
- Create quantitative or qualitative analysis to support business
decisions for marketing strategy and commercial execution.
- Provide customer, competitive and channel/customer analyses to
harmonize go-to market plan with ongoing brand and product strategy
management.
- Present market and business plan information in a visual format
that is easy or quick-to- understand for management and
executives.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses and participate in other projects as
needed.
- May be required to perform other duties as assigned or as
needed. -Required Skills/Education
- Bachelor's Degree preferred in Business, Marketing, or
Biological Sciences
- MBA or MS students preferred
- Relevant coursework in marketing, entrepreneurship, product
marketing preferred
- Relevant consulting or entrepreneurship projects in healthcare
or life science industry preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to negotiate, persuade, and collaborate with internal
and external contacts
- Ability to collaborate effectively and work as part of a
team
- Excellent oral, written communications and presentation skills
at the executive level
- Marketing and go-to market business planning tools & frameworks
(SWOT, 3Cs, 5Ps, Porter's Five Forces, Customer Segmentation)
- An aptitude and ability to research, view, and analyze industry
trends
- Ability to view a challenge or situation from different
perspectives.
- Advanced MS Suite Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe
Acrobat
- Ability to speak and read English. Excellent oral and written

for this position is $18.00 to $29 hourly. Compensation for the
successful candidate will depend on various factors (e.g.,
qualifications, education, prior experience, location, etc.).
