Job Purpose and Position Overview: Process all the hardware preparation and repair related requests for our clients and internally. Specific Job Duties/Responsibilities: -- Handling new equipment repair or configuration as needed. -- Prepare new backup devices for hand-off to Proactive Team. -- Maintain and update Depot servers and ImmyBot.-- Complete deployment checklists with detail for smooth transition to other departments. -- Transferring equipment to appropriate departments and warehouses upon completion. -- Working with clients to collect the needed information about the configuration of their new equipment.-- Other duties may be added as defined Required Qualifications/Skills: -- College degree preferred -- Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities -- Must be detail-oriented -- Must have strong interpersonal communication and team-based skills -- Must have strong documentation skills -- Must have exceptional oral and written communication skills -- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software and equipment -- Being a self-starter as well as a problem-solver Physical Requirements: ?Normal Office?Heavy work (lift 30-50 lbs.) ?Light work (lift 10 lbs.) ?
