Job Purpose and Position Overview: Process all the hardware preparation and repair related requests for our clients and internally.
  Specific Job Duties/Responsibilities: - Handling new equipment repair or configuration as needed. - Prepare new backup devices for hand-off to Proactive Team. - Maintain and update Depot servers and ImmyBot. - Complete deployment checklists with detail for smooth transition to other departments. - Transferring equipment to appropriate departments and warehouses upon completion. - Working with clients to collect the needed information about the configuration of their new equipment. - Other duties may be added as defined Requirements:Required Qualifications/Skills: - College degree preferred - Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities - Must be detail-oriented - Must have strong interpersonal communication and team-based skills - Must have strong documentation skills - Must have exceptional oral and written communication skills - Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software and equipment - Being a self-starter as well as a problem-solver Physical Requirements: ?Normal Office?Heavy work (lift 30-50 lbs.) ?Light work (lift 10 lbs.)
