Prospecting and securing new business through cold calling, drop-in visits, and sales appointments.Identify sales targets and specific action plans.Assess and evaluate prospects for our Manufacturing & Distribution, Administrative and Professional Services divisions.Present pricing/proposals/contracts to prospectsParticipate in public relations activities/associations.Conduct quality control checks on all placements to ensure appropriate matching and complete client satisfaction.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
2+ years of B2B sales experience, including proven sales success in an inside or outside sales role requiring you to research, prospect and close new B2B business;Prior success with cold calling campaigns and a fearless mentality when it comes to overcoming objections;Fanatical attention to detail and understanding of documentation in a CRM system;Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience leading presentations & negotiating with clients;Collaborative & hard-charging demeanor with a desire to be part of a culture emphasizing teamwork, communication, personal & professional growth and accountability.It would be great if you had these:
