Position Summary:

The SVP Post Closing and Loan Servicing will plan, direct, coordinate, and oversee the Post-Closing and Loan Servicing functions in the organization. This individual will lead the teams responsible for these functions, ensure all processes are operating efficiently and effectively, and implement policies and procedures to mitigate risks and ensure compliance will all applicable regulations and investor guidelines.

Pay Disclosure:

The starting base salary range for this position is $150,000 - $225,000 annually. The actual base is dependent on many factors such as: work experience, business needs, market demands, and other compensation components. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.


  • Lead the loan servicing and post-closing teams, including hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Work with Executive team to achieve production, efficiency and financial targets while ensuring process excellence and loan quality.
  • Evaluate, identify, and implement process improvement initiatives aligned to our key values.
  • Partner with legal and compliance teams to ensure all loan servicing and post-closing activities are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with investors, regulators, and stakeholders to ensure a high level of service and compliance.
  • Extensive knowledge of Agency requirements
  • Establish, track, and maintain SLAs with operations, post-closing stakeholders and sub-servicer.
  • Strong technical expertise for reporting and workflow development.
  • Audit and write operational P & Ps as needed.
    • Minimum 10 years in Executive leadership role overseeing post-closing and loan servicing functions.
    • Experience in Joint Venture channels preferred.
    • Proven leadership abilities and a broad and deep understanding of the of the federal regulations and laws governing the mortgage business.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Requires team player mentality, willingness to work in a fast-paced environment while exhibiting our Kind Culture.

      Work Authorization:

      Must be able to verify identity and employment eligibility to work in the U.S. without a visa sponsorship.
