Deeming the invoice legitimate and ready for payment (three-way match).--- Assemble, review and verify invoices and check requests.--- Produce monthly reports.--- Flag and clarify any unusual or questionable invoice items or prices.--- Assist in full month end close including analysis of pre-paid, accruals, intercompany reconciliation.--- Prepare fixed asset monthly depreciation posting, variances, roll-forward, recording of additions, disposals, transfers, etc.--- Track expenses and process expense reports.--- Maintain accurate historical records.--- Maintain vendor files.--- Prepare analysis of accounts.--- Prepare and perform check runs.--- Post transactions to journals, ledgers and other records.--- Reconcile accounts payable transactions.--- Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date.--- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues.--- Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries.--- Provide supporting documentation for audits.--- Maintain financial security by adhering to internal accounting controls.--- Strong commitment to good attendance and being on time as it is critical to meet the needs of needs.Skill Requirements:--- In compliance with ITAR regulations, must be a US Citizen or US Person.--- Intermediate to Advanced - Microsoft Excel (v-look up, pivot tables), Internet-based programs, experience with accounting software and ERP system (e.g.: IFS).--- English (reading, writing, verbal and comprehension).--- 1-3 years account payable or general accounting experience.--- Highly detailed, organized and deadline-oriented, with the ability to prioritize, focus and thrive in a high paced multi-tasking environment.--- Experience with a manufacturing MRP software a plus.--- Knowledge of accounts payable--- Communicate effectively and professionally with all employees across all levels and departments at APP.This job may be a good fit if you have experience in Accounting, AP Coordinator, AP Specialist, Accounts Payable.APP is an ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) Company and we are committed to the long term growth of our organization and employees.
