• Primary responsibility is Online support to agent phone inquiries related to Collections.
• Incident and cases management for Agent escalations.
• Uses computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting.
• Escalate issues on time and to the right level of leadership within the organization.
• Ensure all input is correct. Escalate issues within the team and internal or external business partners when necessary.Role Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • High school degree required, post-secondary education in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Administration preferred, or equivalent. -
  • Experience within Financial Services industry considered an asset. -
  • Fluency in English is required. -
  • Strong mathematical, analytical and problem-solving skills. -
  • Ability to pay strict attention to detail while performing repetitive tasks. -
  • Ability to learn quickly and operate in a high-paced, high volume, dynamic environment. -
  • Good knowledge of MS Office. -
