Job Description:
A company is looking for an Account Coordinator, Post Repo, to
assist clients and agents in the preparation of repossessed units
for transport to auction.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and process accounts within the company's internal queue to
meet service level agreements
Support inbound inquiries from internal and external customers
Initiate outbound calls to customers and recovery vendors
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree
preferred
1 - 2 years customer service, finance, or automotive industry
experience preferred
Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft applications
such as Word, Excel, Outlook
Ability to work independently, efficiently and meet all internal
and external time commitments
