Job Description:
A company is looking for an Operational Risk Officer.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide advice, consultation, and training on operational risk
program management topics
Oversee and monitor operational risk programs and policies
Review and challenge strategy, control design, and implementation
for assigned lines of business
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or economics or equivalent
experience
Minimum of 5-10 years of industry experience in operational risk or
related roles
Ability to collaborate and work productively across the
organization
Demonstrated ability to work with auditors and regulators
In-depth knowledge of internal controls, risk assessments, and
compliance processes
