Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
--- Work closely with Realtors to generate leads and help grow their business
--- Pre-approve applicants for residential real estate loans
--- Have a solid understanding of how to structure a loan
--- Good understanding of Conforming. FHA, VA and Non-QM guidelines

Qualifications:
--- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Loan Officer
--- Proven track record of working with Realtors
--- Current loan production evidence
--- Strong understanding of the local real estate market and mortgage trends
--- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
--- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
--- Must have a valid Real Estate License
