Job Description:

No brand new agents. I am looking for someone who knows at least the basics and is familiar with contract writing, CRMs, and typical daily tasks as a busy agent. Needs to be living in and know the Orange County market well. Ideal candidate is someone who knows what they are doing in this business but has a difficult time generating opportunities.




We are a team of specialists serving real estate buyers, sellers, and investors in the area. We're looking for a Showing Agent to support sales goals through effective sales techniques and quality customer service.




GOALS: Create/Convert/Close, 20 approved buyers working at all times, 20 showings per week to fully qualified buyers, average of 5 homes shown before writing an offer.

Responsibilities:

--- Identify homes to show that meet buyers' needs and budgets to help make more sales
--- Research information about potential properties, communities, schools and amenities so client questions may be answered
--- Quickly and professionally return buyer clients' calls, texts and emails to ensure outstanding customer service
--- Coordinate with clients, listing agents and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis
--- Oversee the entire process from writing offers to close to ensure client satisfaction


Qualifications:

--- Present yourself in a professional manner
--- Can spend a large amount of time driving
--- Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
--- Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision
