A company is looking for a Senior Customer Protection Resolution Fraud Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:

Take inbound calls from customers with potential fraud concerns and provide excellent customer experience
Educate customers about fraud and scams, problem solve, and resolve issues
Work in multiple systems simultaneously and demonstrate multitasking and critical thinking skills

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma, GED or equivalent certification
At least 2 years of customer service or call center experience
At least 1 year of bank fraud experience
At least 1 year of experience using Google Suite
