Job Description:
A company is looking for a Retirement Service & Support
Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as primary contact for customers transferring funds and
accounts
Provide optimal service and follow-up to dedicated customers
throughout the transfer process
Oversee not-in-good-order items associated with the transfer
process
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work
experience
3 years of customer service experience in a financial
service-related field
FINRA Series 6 and 63 registrations required
FINRA Fingerprinting required
Experience managing multiple priorities and handling stressful
situations daily
