Job Description:
A company is looking for a Retirement Actuarial Client Delivery
Leader to oversee actuarial projects and ensure effective delivery
for clients.
Key Responsibilities
Directs resources and ensures smooth team operations across various
actuarial projects
Coordinates technical expertise on large special projects and
serves in multiple roles on client teams
Establishes and maintains project budgets while engaging with
clients on project planning and delivery
Required Qualifications
Significant experience managing various actuarial projects,
including valuations and plan design
Able to manage large and complex project plans and client teams
Experience with defined benefit, defined contribution, and retiree
welfare plans
An undergraduate degree is required; actuarial credentials are not
necessary
Aptitude for balancing and prioritizing multiple projects in a
fast-paced environment
