Job Description:
A company is looking for a Subrogation Investigation Specialist
responsible for researching medical claim information and verifying
liability insurance involvement.
Key Responsibilities
Research and document medical claims to support the recovery of
funds
Contact attorneys, insurance adjusters, and clients to gather
necessary information
Update internal systems and ensure compliance with federal and
state laws
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED required
Minimum 6 months experience in health insurance, medical claims, or
customer service
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Basic knowledge of health insurance coverage and terminology
preferred
