Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Content and Instructional
Specialist, ELA 6-12 (Contract).
Key Responsibilities:
Develop materials aligned with the ELA 6-8 program's pedagogy and
instructional framework
Provide direction and feedback to content writers and ensure
quality and consistency of content
Source engaging texts and craft teacher guidance to enhance student
engagement and understanding
Required Qualifications:
BA in English, Humanities, or related field with strong content
background
5+ years of experience in secondary education (grades 6-12)
Experience creating engaging lessons or curricula in a team
environment
Broad knowledge of secondary literacy education and research
Team leadership experience
