Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Success Support Associate in
the B2B SaaS industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the marketing team to create content for
informational email blasts and tutorials
Provide general administrative support to the Customer Success
team
Assist in organizing client onboarding processes and data
analysis
Required Qualifications:
Background and/or degree in Computer Science and/or Data
Science
At least 1 year of experience in B2B SaaS implementation/onboarding
or similar field
Understanding of Healthcare and/or Healthcare Industry
Technical software skills/education
Proficiency in project management software
