Lead and scale the Client Success Manager team, focusing on
onboarding, activation, and retention
Oversee performance management and coaching for a team of 6-9
Client Success Managers
Drive cross-functional collaboration to enhance the onboarding
experience and gather customer feedback
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in Client Success Management, Sales, or
Account Management
3+ years of people management experience
Experience in developing training resources and mentoring new
hires
Adept at project management
Ability to thrive in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
