A company is looking for a People Operations Generalist.
Key Responsibilities

Manage benefits and total rewards programs
Conduct compensation analysis and management
Oversee HR systems maintenance and contribute to general PeopleOps activities

Required Qualifications

3+ years of full-time human resources/people operations experience
2+ years of experience using an HRIS as an administrator
2+ years of experience in a corporate environment with 100 to 300 employees
Experience with Total Rewards, including compensation and health benefits
Strong understanding of people policies, compliance, and labor laws
