Job Description:
A company is looking for a Claims Team Lead, Auto/Property.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee work within the real property and auto damage adjusting
staff
Implement and maintain best practices for claims handling,
including investigation and settlement
Attract, hire, and train new team members while fostering a
positive work environment
Required Qualifications
Active insurance adjuster's license from a designated home
state
3+ years of insurance claims experience, preferably in auto and/or
real property
1+ years of leadership experience, ideally in a remote setting
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Comfortable with technology and evolving claims systems for better
efficiency
