Job Description:
A company is looking for an Admissions Specialist (PST
hours).
Key Responsibilities
Respond to inquiries from prospective patients, referring
providers, and insurance case managers through various
communication channels
Collect and input prospective patient information into various
platforms and systems
Guide prospective patients through the enrollment process and
verify their payment methods
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in an admissions office or similar
setting
Affinity for people-focused, customer service work in a healthcare
setting
Strong self-motivation and ability to achieve goals independently
and within a team
Passion for health equity and providing culturally sensitive
care
Available to work from 10am - 6pm PST
