Job Description:
A company is looking for a Total Quality Administrator to
support leadership in enhancing employee performance through
objective feedback and quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities
Perform daily quality audits and prepare performance scorecard
reports
Provide coaching and training recommendations to representatives
based on performance metrics
Identify operational concerns and report compliance risks to
management
Required Qualifications
Minimum three years of experience in healthcare Revenue Cycle
General knowledge of healthcare terminology, laws, and
regulations
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and
PowerPoint
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
environment
Comfortable designing and delivering training sessions
